What are the check-in and check-out times?

The in-person check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out must be completed before 11:00 AM.
If guests complete online check-in in advance, they can access their room anytime from 3:00 PM onwards, without needing to go through reception or depend on its opening hours.

What services are included in the room rate?

All rooms feature high-speed Wi-Fi, a 42" television, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and heating. They also include complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer, and daily housekeeping, which will be carried out regularly unless guests request otherwise.

Although breakfast service is not provided, complimentary coffee capsules are offered as a welcome gesture.

Reception assistance is available by phone 24 hours a day, ensuring continuous support throughout your stay.

Does the hotel have parking?

The hotel does not have its own parking facilities.
However, right across the street you will find Parking Urzaiz, which offers 24-hour passes for €15.
During this period, guests can enter and exit as many times as they wish, making it very convenient for those who want to explore the city and its surroundings or go to the beach.
Parking arrangements must be made directly with them through their website: urzaiz.parking.gal.

Are pets allowed at the hotel?

Pets are not allowed at Hotel Arias.
Only guide dogs are permitted, in compliance with current regulations and to ensure accessibility for all our guests.

What is the cancellation and reservation modification policy?

• More than 48 hours before the arrival date: 100% refund.

• Between 24 and 48 hours before the arrival date: 33% penalty of the first night.

• Less than 24 hours or in case of no-show: 100% penalty of the first night.

• Reservation modifications are always subject to availability

Are children allowed at the hotel? Are extra beds available?

Children are welcome at Hotel Arias, but they cannot stay without being accompanied by a responsible adult.
Convertible beds can be set up in the room, subject to availability. For this, we recommend checking with the hotel in advance when making the reservation.

How can I get to the hotel from the airport or train station?

Hotel Arias is located just 200 meters from Vigo’s intermodal station, so if you arrive by train or bus, it’s only a 3‑minute walk.
If you arrive by plane, it’s also simple:

• You can take a taxi or Uber directly from the airport.

• Alternatively, you can use line A (or 9A) of Vitrasa, Vigo’s urban bus service, which connects the airport with the city center.

Bus schedules can be easily checked through the Moovit app.

Does the hotel offer breakfast or restaurant service?

Hotel Arias does not provide restaurant or breakfast service.
However, all rooms are equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine, with complimentary capsules provided as a welcome gesture.
Each room also features a video intercom with remote access, allowing guests to order food and manage deliveries as if they were at home.
All rooms include a dining table, offering comfort for enjoying meals within the room

Does the hotel provide Wi-Fi and good connectivity?

Yes, at Hotel Arias each room has its own independent high-speed Wi-Fi network, ensuring a secure and private connection.
Thanks to this system, you can cast to the TV in your room without sharing data with other guests.
In addition, Wi-Fi is free and available in all rooms and common areas.
